2020 Christian Testimony Video | “After the Lies” (English Dubbed)

After the Lies is the testimony of a Christian experiencing the judgment and chastisement of God’s words. Through reading God’s words, the main character comes to understand that God loves the honest and despises the deceitful, and that only the honest can be fully saved and enter into the kingdom of heaven. She thus begins seeking to become an honest person. But when she encounters things that could affect her reputation and status in day-to-day life, she still can’t stop herself from lying and being deceitful, and at times she covers up for her lies after the fact. She comes to feel very ill at ease and finds that it’s a difficult, tiring way to live. Later, through the judgment and revelation of God’s words, she gains some understanding of her satanic disposition that causes her to lie and deceive. She sees the root, the nature, and the consequences of lying, begins to feel remorse, and repents to God. She puts being an honest person into practice, opening up to brothers and sisters to expose her own deceitful motives, and tastes the joy of telling the truth and being honest.
